HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

Changing your trading platform password:

The ability to change your trading platform password is currently only available through the TradeFreedom website. Changing your password on the web will also change your password for the Edge, Max or 3.0 platform you use.

On the TradeFreedom website, click on the Trading tab.

A new window will open and you will be prompted to log in with your trading platform Login ID and Password.

Please note that if you are already logged in to the Edge trading platform you must first log out before being able to continue

Enter your LoginID and Password and click the LOG IN button

In the left-hand menu under the CUSTOMER SERVICE section, click on account settings.

Enter your new password in the Password box and re-type it in the Confirm Password box then click on CHANGE DATA.

Your password has now been changed and will be required the next time you login to the trading platform.
