These are important questions you likely have before accepting a position in any company! We understand that it may be difficult to get these answers from the interview process yet important to ascertain before you feel comfortable in accepting a position at TradeFreedom.
With this in mind, we have developed a program which helps you really get acquainted with us before you start. We want you to feel confident that you made the right decision and make you feel like part of the team from day one.
When you receive an offer of employment, we will introduce you to another member of your potential team so you can correspond with them before you accept the position or start with TradeFreedom. We encourage you to ask about the people, the work environment, pace or what your day will be like. Any questions you may have should be brought up - it is a great way to make you feel comfortable about your decision. It is also always great to already have a friend on your first day!
