To maintain eligibility All TradeFreedom clients that meet the activity thresholds identified above will automatically qualify for the TradeFreedom Elite program. Qualification for the program will be evaluated on a calendar quarter basis, at the end of each of March, June, September and December, based on trading activity in the immediately preceding 3 month period. For example, if you execute 30 trades in the 3 month period ending March 31, you will automatically qualify for our Elite program as of April 1. The aggregate of trades across all linked accounts are combined for purposes of determining qualification for the Elite program. Note that if you elect to receive any of the free quote feeds offered under the Elite program, you must continue to meet the qualification criteria for that level in each month thereafter, based on activity levels in the trailing 3 month period. If you do not meet the qualification criteria in any given month you will be billed the monthly fee for any applicable quote feeds based on our Data feed price schedule. For example, if you have previously qualified at the Gold level, you will not be billed the monthly fee for any applicable quote feeds if, at the start of each month, it is determined that you have executed at least 30 trades in the trailing 3 month period.

		** To qualify for commissions of $6.99 plus ECN/Exchange fees (if applicable) per Canadian or U.S. equities trade and $6.99 + $1.25/contract for each options trade, you must, during the immediately preceding calendar quarter, execute at least 150 equity or options trades. You must re-qualify each calendar quarter. New qualification status will be effective on the 1st day of the month following each calendar quarter and remains in effect for 90 days subject to requalification. Fees for U.S. transactions are charged in U.S. dollars. Qualification is based on the consolidated total of eligible trading activity from all "grouped" accounts per quarter. To qualify for commissions of $9.95 plus ECN/Exchange fees (if applicable) per Canadian or U.S. equities trade and $9.95 + $1.25/contract for each options trade, there are no monthly or quarterly trade minimums required, no account fees and no inactivity fees.
