What are my computer requirements for TradeFreedom™?
To Login and trade via TradeFreedom, we recommend a DSL, Cable modem or other high bandwidth solution.

What are my computer requirements for TradeFreedomEdge™?
Before installing TradeFreedomEdge™, be sure your system meets these minimum requirements:

Operating System	Windows XP SP2
CPU	Pentium IV 1 GHz
Memory	1 GB Ram
Video Card	128 MB video
Internet Connectivity	DSL, Cable Modem or other high bandwidth solution

Please note that attempting to operate TradeFreedomEdge™ on a PC which does not meet the minimum requirements above will result in system instability. Such symptoms as freezing, loss of Internet connectivity, increased lag times in the delivery of market data, and other negative consequences may be experienced.  

Can I use a Macintosh with TradeFreedomEdge™?
No. Our trading platforms are only compatible with the Windows operating system.

Can I use a firewall with TradeFreedomEdge™?
Presently, clients behind a hardware firewall or router cannot place online trades via the TradeFreedomEdge™. In order to do so, please use the following configurations:

Outbound Traffic (from Client PC to TradeFreedom Servers):

Traffic: TCP/IP only (no UDP)

Destination IP Address – Site 1: 199.106.232.0/255.255.255.0

Destination IP Address – Site 2: 63.241.212.0/255.255.255.0

Destination Port Range: 80, 443, 17185-17199

What if my quotes and options chains are not updating properly?
If you have one of the following network cards, please contact our Customer Service Department for more information on how to update your network driver software:

Netgear FA311/FA312 Series Cards, Netgear GA311 Gigabit Adapter, Linksys LNE100TX v4 or v5, and Linksys NC100, D-Link DFE-530TX+, Nvidia nForce Networking Controller or Marvell Yukon 88E805X PCI Express Gigabit, and Marvell 88E803X Fast Ethernet.
